At El Holly, we’re dedicated to offering you high-quality sterling silver jewelry and a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.

The following terms explain your rights and our responsibilities regarding orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, and warranties.

Orders & Processing

● Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that custom-made pieces may take a little longer.

● Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

Shipping

● Within Cairo: Delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

● Other Governorates: Delivery may take 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

● All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may return an item within 2 days of receiving it, provided that:
    • It’s unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
    • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellations

● Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.

● If the order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy will apply.

Warranty & Defects

  • Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
    • Misuse, accidental breakage, or exposure to chemicals.
    • Third-party alterations or normal wear and tear.
  • For defective items, please contact us immediately to arrange a repair or replacement.

Custom Orders

For custom-made jewelry, a deposit of 30–50% may be required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
